Snapshot #961: Elf on the Shelf

November 29, 2013.  South Jordan, Utah.  Noni and Grandpa have given Hazel The Elf on the Shelf and so far she is loving it.  The Elf on the Shelf is a special scout elf sent from the North Pole to help Santa Claus manage his naughty and nice lists. We have adopted an elf who, with Christmas magic, flies to the North Pole each night to report to Santa Claus whether Hazel has been naughty or nice. Each morning, the elf returns from the North Pole and perches in a different place around the house. Hazel loves to wake up and find her elf in a different spot each morning.
