Recipe Diaries: Snapshot #38: Dave's Breadmaker, Super Model #KJW1207

  2. es, I did grind my own oats. I use the Grain Mill attachment to the KitchenAid to grind my own grains, including wheat, oats, and rice. It can also grind corn, but I haven't tried that one yet.

    This loaf came out with a distinct "oatey" flavor. Still trying to decide if I love it.
