Snapshot #1220: Homegrown

May 30, 2015.  Camas, Washington.  We worked all morning in the yard--mowing, trimming, weeding, watering.  I really love that we have a small patch of land we can call our own.  I cannot take any of the credit for these roses.  I didn't even realize it was a rose bush in the corner of our yard until I walked outside one day and saw it in full bloom.

  1. Dang, you've been updating a lot! I had to catch up. Your girls!! I love Hazel's "Talk to Me" game, and especially that she's caught on that you are captive while nursing. That Emily is such a doll! And, yes, the dark hair makes her look a lot like you. A lot. The hikes in Mt. St. Helens were gorgeous. And, what great pictures on Emily's blessing day. How special to have your parents there.
And, I thought when you said Tracee was working at a "nursery," that you meant daycare. I couldn't think of anything else a "nursery" could be. Lol. Glad that she's enjoying being with the plants and dirt.
